You are responsible for the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service, other users, or comply with law.

4) Your Content

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting, uploading, or otherwise making content available via the Service, you grant us (Connected Particles Ltd) a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you provide and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. Do not upload confidential, export-controlled, or otherwise restricted information.

Project visibility: projects are private by default. You may generate share links to allow others to access a project, or choose to make a project visible on your profile. You are responsible for the audiences you select and what you share.

Platform role and moderation: we provide a viewing/hosting platform and do not control or endorse user content. You are solely responsible for your content. We may, at our discretion, remove or restrict access to content, suspend accounts, or disable links that are reported or reasonably believed to be unlawful, harmful, infringing, or in violation of these Terms.

5) Prohibited Uses

• Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Uploading malware, interfering with or disrupting the Service, or attempting to bypass security controls;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or scraping the Service except as permitted by law;
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation, or using the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others;
• Using the Service to store or process highly sensitive, safety-critical, or export-restricted data.

6) Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, and materials provided by us, is protected by intellectual property rights. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred. Third-party components and services referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to their licenses and terms.

7) No Warranties

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10) Changes, Availability & Termination

We work hard to keep the Service running smoothly and without interruptions, but the Service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time without liability to you.

We may also modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date below when changes are made. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that the courts located in London, England will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
